Is wallpaper easily removable?

If you are a renter and/or looking to potentially remove applied wallpaper in the foreseeable future, we highly encourage you to use our peel-and-stick wallpapers -- available in both polyester and vinyl formats. They are specifically designed for easy, damage-free removal from walls. We recommend applying a wallpaper primer to your walls before installation.

For best results and smoother installation and removal, especially on a bare drywall, always apply a wallpaper primer. Wallpaper primers can be purchased from for your local hardware store and from online retailers.

Priming your walls before installation will ensure a smoother surface for the wallpaper to adhere. Since walls and paint types can vary, this step provides the ideal surface for applying your wallpaper. It is an especially important step for renters as it drastically reduces the chances of any paint damage to walls on removal.

Please note: Since we cannot assure the condition of your walls and surfaces, or the method you choose for removal, Wall Artifacts is not liable for any damage that may occur during the removal of our wallpaper samples and panels.

How long are your wallpaper panels?

Our wallpaper comes in custom panels instead of traditional rolls. This makes for increased convenience, more cost-effective shipping and improved installation for our customers. We adjust the length of our panels to fit the actual length of your wall. All panels are 24” (2 feet) wide and provided in custom heights of 1 foot up to 16 feet. Just select the proper height for your walls or project when checking out.

How wide are your wallpaper panels?

Our panels are 24” (2 feet) wide. Unlike most wallpaper rolls where there is approximately 1” of overlap, our panels are printed to the edge, making it easier for self-installation.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently support shipments to the U.S.. Shipping rates vary based on location, total items and quantity ordered. Actual shipping costs can be viewed in your shopping cart prior to finalizing your order.

What are your standard delivery times?

Your order will be printed and shipped directly from our facility. Our standard production time is typically 24-48 business hours; and standard shipping times are 5-7 business days. We do offer Express Delivery, which will reach you within 1-3 business days after production on your order is completed. There is an additional charge for Express Delivery.

What is your order cancellation policy?

In order to provide you with the best products and fastest shipment times, all of our products are custom printed on demand. Once you have completed your order payment, we will begin processing and printing your order immediately. Our extremely fast production process does not allow us to offer order cancellation or restock options at this time.

Do you accept returns?

Our return policy is valid for up to 14 days from the recorded date of package delivery via the shipping carrier. We are unable to process a return or refund beyond this time. We offer exchanges, returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Your order arrives with damage in transit.
- You received the wrong product (not what was ordered on your receipt).
