Shipping policy

Shipping Information

Your order will be printed and shipped directly from our facility. Our standard production time is typically 24-48 business hours; and standard shipping times are 3-7 business days. We do offer Express Delivery, which will reach you within 2-3 business days after production on your order is completed. There is an additional charge for Express Delivery.

We only ship to physical addresses within the United States and do not deliver to post office boxes. Due to the size of most of our items and the shipping services we use, post office box delivery is not offered. You must have a physical address for accepting delivery.  Please provide us with an alternative address to ensure successful delivery.

We currently ship with the following global shipping partners: Fedex, UPS, DHL and DPD. Fedex is our primary shipper.

Lost Packages

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes tracking information. Our standard shipping times are 3-7 business days. Shipping times may be slightly impacted by 2-3 days during significant holiday periods (when carrier shipping volumes are elevated, e.g., the week before and after Christmas).

If you haven’t received your order, but your tracking information shows the current status as “delivered,” we request that you allow up to 24 business hours for your order to show up at your address before contacting the shipping provider.  Our experienced shipping carriers occasionally mark deliveries as “completed” prior to actual delivery.  These status updates are determined by the carrier and out of our direct control. We recommend you directly contact the shipping carrier to get immediate assistance concerning the shipping status of your order.

In the rare instance your order is not delivered within 4 business days after the “delivered” status was marked on your tracking information and no additional information is provided by the shipping carrier, we ask that you:

  1. File a “lost package” claim directly with the carrier as the recipient.

  2. Please email us the claim number to info@wallartifacts.com

  3. We will follow up with the shipping carrier to take care of the rest.

Unfortunately, we cannot file a claim on your behalf if tracking shows a successful delivery by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to ensure your “lost package” experience is hassle-free.
